Therapy for Women

with ADHD, Anxiety and Trauma

Empowering Women to Quiet the Noise and to Find Balance Again

A woman with glasses and wavy brown hair sitting on a light gray sofa, holding a white mug with the words "Be Brave". She is wearing a black lace top and ripped blue jeans, with a tattoo on her foot. There are two pink throw pillows on the sofa, and behind her is a light gray wall with three round gold wall shelves decorated with framed quotes, small plants, and decorative items. A window with white blinds is on the left side of the image.

You’re in the right place..

This is your space, designed for women like you, to finally feel understood, breathe a little easier, and take back control.

Does this Sound Familiar?

Let’s be real—underneath that polished exterior, you’re constantly battling self-doubt, anxiety, and the daily chaos that comes with ADHD. You’re a perfectionist at heart, terrified that one misstep will unravel everything.

Day to day you wake up with every intention of being productive. Today’s the day you’ll tackle that to-do list, right?! The anxiety that rides shotgun makes it even worse. Before you know it, you’re staring at your phone, 45 minutes deep into a rabbit hole of TikTok or instagram reels, feeling paralyzed. It feels like your brain has 1,000 tabs open, and you’re not sure which one to focus on first and some of them are not even loading. You are completely out of “spoons.” ADHD and anxiety don’t just mess with your day—they mess with how you feel about yourself. You can practically hear your inner critic saying, “You’ve failed again.” But it’s fine—everything’s fine. You’ll just work twice as hard later next time (and you’ll judge yourself until it is).

To everyone else, it looks like you’ve got your sh*t together.

Let me help you find Balance

From Overwhelmed to Empowered

Whether you're trying to juggle the demands of life with ADHD, wrestling with anxiety that just won’t hit snooze, or healing from trauma that’s left you feeling stuck, you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll cut through the chaos in a safe space with real talk, deep dives, and tools that actually work. Therapy doesn’t have to be stuffy—let’s make it a space where you feel seen, heard, and maybe even a little bit lighter. With each step forward, you'll find yourself feeling more confident, in control, and ready to take on life’s challenges with a clearer sense of direction.

Hi, there!

I’m Jessica Armitage

A smiling woman with glasses and long wavy brown hair sitting on the floor beside a light gray sofa, holding a white mug that says 'BE BRAVE', in a cozy room with a lamp and a pink pillow.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ooltewah, Tennessee. I help women with ADHD, anxiety, and trauma find practical tools to quiet the mental chaos and embrace their badass selves. As a neurodivergent woman, it’s become a passion of mind to help other women with ADHD (and other neurodivergence) to feel seen, understood and to understand themselves better. I’m trauma-trained, trauma-informed, and have extensive education in women with ADHD, trauma, and anxiety. Therapy with me isn’t stiff or too clinical; it’s real, sometimes a little messy, and we’ll even probably laugh (even with the occasional squirrel moments) along the way. I want you to feel that you can be your true authentic self in our therapeutic relationship. If you’re ready to ditch the overwhelm and get real about what’s holding you back, let’s do this together.
