  • In therapy, we’ll have a genuine, open conversation about what’s on your mind. It’s not just me sitting back and nodding—expect an engaging and interactive experience! We’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences together, diving into what you want to achieve in our time together.

    I’m here to provide support, share tools, and maybe even sprinkle in some humor along the way. Depending on your needs, we might use different techniques, like mindfulness or EMDR, but the focus will always be on you and what helps you feel comfortable and heard. It’s all about creating a space where you can be yourself and work towards your goals!

  • Great question! I usually suggest starting with weekly sessions. This helps us build a strong connection and dive deep into what you’re experiencing. Plus, the research backs it up—having a solid therapeutic relationship is key to making real change.

    As we progress, we’ll regularly check in about how you’re feeling and how things are going. If you’re making great strides, we might adjust to bi-weekly sessions or whatever works best for you. It’s all about finding the right rhythm that fits your journey!

  • The duration of therapy really varies from person to person! Many clients start with weekly sessions, and as we work through your goals, we might shift to bi-weekly or even monthly sessions when you’re ready. Some folks find that a short-term focus is all they need, while others may benefit from longer-term support.

    Ultimately, it’s about what feels right for you. We’ll keep the lines of communication open, regularly reassessing your progress and adjusting our plan as needed. Your journey is unique, and I’m here to support you every step of the way!

  • Therapy is an amazing investment in yourself. The first intake session is $145, and follow-up sessions are $135 each.

  • I accept Aetna and WebTPA insurance.

  • I’m not a Christian counselor, but I deeply respect my clients’ beliefs and values. My goal is to create a space where your faith can naturally be a part of our work if it’s important to you. I have a background in religion and understand how significant it can be in someone’s life, so I’m comfortable weaving it into therapy in ways that support your healing. My focus is on helping you feel seen, supported, and validated, no matter your beliefs.

  • I don’t currently work with couples. My focus is on individual therapy, However, if couples therapy is what you’re looking for, I’d be happy to provide referrals to trusted therapists who specialize in that area."

  • I don’t work with teens at this time. My practice focuses on individual therapy for women ages 20+. If you’re seeking therapy for a teen, I’d be happy to help connect you with a therapist who specializes in working with that age group."
