Online Therapy

Therapy in comfy sweatpants??

Yes, please! Whether you’re balancing a full to-do list, juggling all the life things, or just feel like staying in your favorite spot on the couch, online therapy is your go-to. Thursdays are my work-from-home days, so I’m fully online then, but don’t worry, I also offer online sessions on the days I’m in the office. I get it—sometimes you just can’t make it in, but that doesn’t mean you should miss out on getting the support you need.

Why choose online therapy?

Online therapy is like a lifeline for those busy days or when life is just a little too much. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety that keeps you up at night, the whirlwind that is ADHD, or trauma that feels like it’s holding you back, this is your space to process, heal, and grow. You can show up exactly as you are, wherever you are, and still get the same support, guidance, and accountability you'd have if we were face-to-face.

"But does online therapy really work?"

Yes! You still get all the connection and results as in-person therapy, without the commute or the need to put on real pants (unless you want to, of course). Plus, for many women juggling busy lives, ADHD, or anxiety, online therapy feels more manageable. Fewer barriers, same breakthroughs!

How it works

You’ll log into a secure, easy-to-use platform (even if tech isn’t your best friend, I promise you’ll be able to navigate it). You can choose to connect from a cozy nook in your house or even from your car during lunch—whatever works for you. We’ll chat, laugh, maybe even cry a little, all while tackling the things you’ve been holding onto for too long.

The Benefits

  • Flexibility: Squeeze therapy into your schedule, not the other way around.

  • Comfort: Therapy in your own space? It can be a game-changer, especially when dealing with ADHD and anxiety.

  • Consistency: Whether you’re traveling, busy with work, or simply can’t make it in, you don’t have to miss a session.

Common questions on Online Therpy

  • It’s helpful to reflect on what you’d like to discuss, but there’s no formal preparation needed. I’ll provide you with some intake forms through your client portal to fill out before we meet, which will give me a better idea of your situation.

  • Your first session is all about getting to know each other! We’ll talk about your strengths, struggles, and what brought you to therapy. It’s totally normal to feel a bit nervous, and I’ll make sure to create a comfortable atmosphere for you.

  • That’s okay! Therapy is a personal journey, and not every therapist-client relationship will click. If you feel like it’s not the right fit, we can discuss it, and I can help you find someone who might suit your needs better.
